General: All orders via email, fax, or phone are subject to final confirmation from Connoisseur Wines. For reference only, we shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details, and sizes of products on our web site and wine lists are regularly updated. Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to the acceptance and confirmation at our sole discretion and stock availability. Unless stated otherwise, all wines offered are in Hong Kong dollars and stored in our Hong Kong warehouse pending local delivery with the exception of En Primeurs. Delivery: Our delivery schedules are from Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 6.30 PM only. Free delivery can normally be arranged within 3 working days within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories for wine order exceeds HK$1,500. Deliveries to Macau and Outlying Islands are subject to extra charge. Please contact us for the current rates. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company. Wine List: The most current wine list will supercede all previous wine lists. Wine Conditions/Return: All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The Customer is requested to examine all delivered products upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Any claims must be lodged to our company and/or responsible salespersons within 24 hours of the delivery; otherwise, we shall have full discretion to reject such claims. We do not accept returned wines that are claimed to be corked. Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to source wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for mature clarets. Payment: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless mutually agreed otherwise. Method of payment can be by cash, personal cheques, Master Cards/Visa cards (Except En Primeurs) or direct bank transfer. All checks should be made payable to "Connoisseur Wines & Spirits (Hong Kong) Limited" and we may validate payment before delivery is arranged.
